Refund & Exchange Policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not require returns for damaged or defective items.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are:
